Birthday Party rentals are now booking through AUGUST!

• Rental includes use of all facilities (with general public).  Kids must be 40″ or taller to use the inflatables.
• Multiple times and rooms are available.  Please click the booking button for details and available times.
• Up to a maximum of 20 people total (kids and adults) are allowed per birthday party time (You may NOT use General Admission bookings to add to your birthday party size).
• All participants must leave the facility after the two hours to allow for the next play session.

Birthday Party Packages Includes:

• Private use of the Premier or Tree Party Room for two hours.
• Personal party host
• Includes napkins, plates (solid color plates are red or purple) and utensils.
• Pitchers of water
• Candles (if you forget yours)
• Ability to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes (No other outside food allowed).
• All food MUST be ordered at least 7 days before your party, if not ordering at the time of booking (preferred).  Assorted snacks, fountain sodas, juice, espresso drinks, beer, wine will be available for purchase onsite.
• Birthday child receives a FREE Wippersnappers tee-shirt (One shirt per booking). Additional shirts may be purchased for $10.
• Air Conditioning
• Free WiFi
• Large screen TV’s showing close circuit images of the play areas so you can keep an eye on the kids.
• You can book up to 5 days before the party date.

Reservation Details for all Birthday Party’s:

• Birthday Party’s must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Final payment for any additions will be due at the conclusion of your party (We do not accept checks). Base price for the Premier and Tree Room Birthday Parties is $250. Base price for mid-week Private Rentals is $475, $575 base price for Sunday Private Parties.  Please click on the booking button for more details and information – you are not committed until you pay your fee at the end of the registration process.
• No outside food or drink allowed (other than birthday cake/cupcakes).
• A 20% gratuity is added to all party food orders.
• Party food may be ordered at the time of booking or a minimum of 7 days before your party.  Pizza is served approximately 30 minutes after the start time of the party.
• All children playing in the structure and inflatables must wear socks.  We have socks available for purchase.  ALL children playing in the structure are charged as a guest of the party, regardless of age.
• You are welcome to bring in decorations for your birthday party.  Balloons MUST be tied to weights (Please no balloon arches). Please leave piñatas, confetti, glitter and silly string at home.
• Please no noisemakers, whistles, party horns etc. outside of the party room.
• Please no face-paint or costume make-up when visiting.
• You are welcome to enter the facility 15 minutes before your scheduled party to decorate, but do not invite your guests to arrive before your scheduled party time as they will not be allowed in.
• Unscheduled party’s or events are not allowed.
• We have a shared parking lot at Wippersnappers, please be respectful of other businesses when parking. There is more parking on the South (opposite/back) side of our building as well.
• Any business check payments returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will be assessed a $35 fee per check payment.

Party food packages are available

Please order food at time of booking your Birthday Party or Private Rental if possible.  Food pricing and options are visible when booking. There will be beverage service for espresso, beer, wine, soda and misc. drinks during the party, as well as snacks and a small menu.

Field Trips and more:

We love to host field trips for schools, church groups etc. Wippersnappers is the perfect place to host parties for sports teams, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and even company parties! Please contact us for details and let us host your next group outing!

Activity Release

Please click on the link at the bottom right of the page and save time by filling out our activity release ahead of time! Please use the “Wippersnappers Waiver”, not the “Camp Waiver”.
